Print or Save RFIs

You can output all the RFIs on your application to print or save to PDF, including a cover page with property details, a summary of the RFIs and BCA's contact details. All RFIs are included, grouped by location and round, showing the current status of the RFIs, details of who raised the RFI and any response you have already provided.

Print RFIs generates a print-ready view of all the RFIs on your application in a new browser window.

You can use the browser print options to send the RFIs to a printer or to save as PDF.

  1. Open the application or consent and select Actions | Print RFIs, or navigate to the RFI page on the application or consent and select Print RFIs at the top of the list of RFIs.

    The system opens a print-ready view of the RFIs in a new browser tab. You can refresh the browser tab at any time to update the RFI report.

  2. Open the browser print dialog (Ctrl+P or Command-P or File | Print) and set the print destination to a printer or to Save as PDF.
